Hi! I’m Julie 

Owner of Beech Street Interiors, an interior styling company located in Saint Paul, MN. For as long as I can remember I’ve loved all things interior design. At a young age I started placing vintage items alongside the new and modern – the juxtaposition was so beautiful to me! To this day, I'm fascinated by how color, well placed accessories and thoughtful cohesive design can change the entire look and feel of a home; allowing you to see it in a new way!  

The focus on my business is working with clients who want a room refresh. They are ready to add in some updated pieces, need help choosing finishes or colors, or just need someone to help them pull it all together so their home tells their story. My core belief is that everyone deserves to have a home they are excited about … a home that reflects their personality ... and a home they feel connected to.

My personal design aesthetic tends to lean more towards a bright, clean, relaxed, and airy one with pops of color, pattern, and texture. I take inspiration from nature; I like to add an easy to live with color pallet, and incorporate layers of texture, pattern, pops of color for contrast and finally, a nod to nature with greenery or other organic elements. To me, home should be a place of comfort - a place to unwind and recharge. I feel organization, aesthetics, as well as thoughtful curation, are all equal players in this worthy goal. With a keen eye for detail, I use my skills to blend the old and the new to create a more intentional, cohesive look.
